Why are your products gluten-free?
Our chips are gluten-free because our snack facility does not process raw materials derived from wheat, barley, or rye. We only work with cassava (yuca), sweet potato, potato, and green plantain—root vegetables that are naturally free of gluten. This makes our products suitable for people with celiac disease, who must avoid gluten due to digestive intolerance.
Where does your raw material come from?
Our raw materials come from local farmers of Ecuador. For over 17 years, we have worked continuously and collaboratively with farmers from provinces such as Manabí, Santo Domingo, Loja, Carchi, and Imbabura.
What types of cereals do you produce?
At our cereal facility, we produce extruded products made from quinoa, oats, and other grains, with a variety of sweet and savory flavors. We also make cereal bars and granola with nuts and dried fruits. These production lines allow for innovation in formulas, shapes, flavors, textures, and weights—tailored to the needs of our clients and market demands.
