Ingredients
- 2 whole passion fruits
- Juice of 2 limes (add one more if you like it tangier)
- 2 teaspoons honey or 2 packets of powdered stevia (to taste)
- 150 ml sparkling water
- Ice to taste
- Tajín powder
- Chamoy sauce
- Lime slices, extra passion fruit pulp, and sliced strawberries for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the fruit: If using fresh passion fruit, cut the fruit in half and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
- Mix the juices: In a blender or mixing bowl, combine the passion fruit pulp with the lime juice and your choice of sweetener. Adjust sweetness to taste. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Rim the glass: Pour Tajín powder onto a flat plate and Chamoy onto another. Dip the rim of a large glass into the Chamoy, then into the Tajín to coat it. - Assemble the drink: Fill the glass with ice and pour the passion fruit and lime mixture until it reaches halfway.
